…as DSS assures uzodimma of critical intelligence in Imo State
As part of the peaceful restoration move, Senator Hope Uzodimma expressed the readiness of his administration to work in synergy with the Department of State Security (DSS) in the areas of intelligence gathering and maintenance of internal peace across the state.
Governor Uzodimma made this known during his visit to the State Command of the security agent today in familiarization. In his words, “I extend to you my full hands of partnership as this State deserves peace and tranquility”.
The Governor commended the DSS for rising to the occassion in discharge of their duty, contributory to the restoration of peace and order in the state, stressing that it is the desire and wish of the Imolites for a continous synergy across board for the overall interest of the citizens.
Speaking earlier, the Director of DSS Imo State Command, Dr. Idaminabo Wilcox assured Governor Hope Uzodimma that they are poised to provide critical intelligence that will help secure the state if need be, double effort would be applied in actualisation of this.
