The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila has expressed sadness over the passing away of a former governor of Kaduna State, Malam Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa.
The Speaker, who described the late Balarabe Musa as a dogged democrat, said he would be remembered for always standing for democracy.
He said the late politician was one Nigerian who could be described as highly patriotic in his dealings.
Gbajabiamila commiserated with the government and people of Kaduna State over the loss.
While praying for the repose of the soul of the late Balarabe Musa, the Speaker prayed the Almighty to give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
