Merit and due process has come to stay in Imo, says Governor Uzodimma

The Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma at the induction of the newly recruited staff of Imo Bureau for Internal Revenue commended the due process and merit procedure adopted  in the recruitment of the staff.

Senator Hope Uzodimma charged the newly recruited staff, not to serve him or their employer but to serve the interests of the state in their commitment to the Almighty God.

He however enjoined them to discharge their duties without fear or favour, bringing to the knowledge of NDI-IMO that a new order has come in town.

The Managing Director of IIRS, Justice Okoye, at the induction stated that the induction is a clear expression of the Shared Prosperity Administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma; added that without the Governor’s political will, and support, the recruitment won’t have been on merit and with due process.
