25 Officers of Customs Police Unit completes special investigation course


25 Officers of Customs Police Unit, Nigeria Customs Service (NCS)  graduated from the Nigeria Army School of Military Police, Basawa, Zaria after completing the Customs Police Special investigation Course.

Compt. MM Sarkin-Kebbi representing the Comptroller General of Customs at the Combine graduation ceremony of the Nigeria Army School of Military Police on the 14th of October 2020 witnessed the Ceremony.

Officers of the Service who also participated in the Joint 2020 School session with Army Officers were commended by the Special Guest at the Occasion Maj. Gen. KI Mukthar, Commandant Deport, Nigeria Army for enduring and thriving in rigors of Military training.

Within the 8 weeks  course duration, Officers completed modules in Law, Investigation, Criminal Case- file compilation and other relevant subjects.

DSC William Ebi received the Commandant’s Award for best graduating Officer in the Course, the Deputy Commandant’s award for second best graduating Officer went to DSC SM Galadima while Chief Instructor’s Award for third best graduating Officer went to DSC SS Sa’ad.

AIC Ekanem MS bagged the awards for overall best dressed Officer for the 2020 school session while ASC1 S Umar and ASC1 S Rahaman bagged awards for overall best and Second best in physical fitness for the entire School.  

Souvenirs were received on behalf of the CGC by Compt. MM Sarkin-Kebbi who represented him.
