Two kidnapped victims regain freedom


Two men, Surajudeen Alao and Ade Ikudaisi, who were abducted last Saturday between Oba and Ikun Akoko, Akoko Southwest local government area of Ondo state have regained freedom.

They were said to have been released in the early hours of Wednesday.

The kidnappers were said to have demanded N10m ransom on Monday but a family member of one of the victims said ransom was paid to the abductors.

A religious leader, Rev. Foluso Ogunsuyi called for military presence in the area.
