Lokpobiri says Bayelsa has shown willingness to change destiny

Former Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri has commended the people of Bayelsa State for changing their destiny by voting the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday election.

Lokpobiri said the victory of the APC was a loud and clear message from Bayelsans that they were ready and willing to ensure prosperity and good governance.

He congratulated Bayelsans and urged them to believe in the party because the APC would move the state to the next level with a renewed and amicable partnership with the Federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari.

He said such partnership would help the state attain the desired visible and sustainable development in the State.

Lokpobiri further commended Buhari, the APC governors, especially Governors of Kebbi and Jigawa States, and the National Leadership of the Party, for the victory of the party at the poll.
