Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi on Monday swore in Justice Anselem Nwigwe as the new Acting Chief Judge for the State.
The new Chief Judge takes over from Justice Alloy Nwankwo who retired last week.
The swearing-in was witnessed by Judges and other members of the Judiciary in the state.
Also in attendance were Justice Obi Elechi of the Court of Appeal and Chief Judges of Enugu and Bayelsa states.
