Adeola Owoyale died as a result of multiple fractures of the head bones and brain tissues

Northern Cyprus police have released autopsy report carried out on Obasonjo Adeola Owoyale who went missing on July 1, 2019 and was found dead in the trunk of a car parked in the area known as the Nicosia schools road on July 8, 2019.

According to police report, Owoyale a Cyprus International University student died as a result of  “cutting/crushing injuries, multiple fractures of the head bones and brain tissues”.

The body of Owoyale was discovered by police officers who was called to check an area near a shcool after being notified that a very foul smell was coming out of the car.

Cyprus International University (CIU) have paid condolence to friends and family of Owoyale. Posting on its official Facebook page, CIU said: “We are sorry to hear the loss of our student OBASANJO ADEOLA OWOYALE from the PhD Program. May God rest his soul. We would like to express our condolences to his family, friends and all the CIU family.

“It is with deep sadness that we have learned of the passing of our university Phd student Obasanjo Adeola Owoyale. We extend our condolences to our precious student, his family, his friends and all the ciu family

“We are sorry to hear the loss of our student OBASANJO ADEOLA OWOYALE from the PhD Program. May God rest his soul. We would like to express our condolences to his family, friends and all the CIU family”.

Meanwhile, Northern Cyprus police have launched an investigation to find out the motive behind Owayale death.
