Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over today’s Federal Executive Council meeting in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Buhari is on an official visit to Borno State, where he is expected to inaugurate some projects.
He will later jet out to the UK today on a “private visit.”
The Presidency said he would return back to the country on May 5.
