A Federal Capital Territory High Court, Gudu, has found Joshua Dariye, ex-Plateau governor guilty of misappropriating N1.16 billion Ecological Fund meant for the state.
Justice Banjoko of the FCT High Court has also found Senator Joshua Dariye guilty of criminal breach of trust as regards N250 million issued to Pinnacle Communications emanating from the state’s Ecological Fund.
Senator Joshua Dariye, was convicted and sentenced on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 by Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the FCT High Court, Gudu, Abuja, to 14 years imprisonment, for criminal breach of trust and 2 years imprisonment for misappropriation of public funds.
