Two abducted Chinese regain freedom

The police on Tuesday said the two Chinese men abducted by gunmen at Ajage village,  Nasarawa local government area of Nasarawa State, have regained their freedom.

The Spokesman for the state police command, Ismaila Numan, disclosed this to journalists in Lafia, the state capital.

Numan said the victims were released by their abductors following sustained pressure from the Special Anti- Robbery Squad (SARS) and the Police Mobile Force.

The two men – Jien Yung and Wen So Ping – were abducted on Saturday, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.
