RIO 2016: Leggy Gisele Bundchen proudly commands the stage in shimmery low-cut gown at opening ceremony

It’s easy to say that Gisele, who appeared after a flurry of other performers, stole this show hands down. Gisele Bundchen commanded the runway with her strong and golden presence.

The supermodel dropped jaws as she sauntered solo in the spotlight during the Opening Ceremony for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Friday.

Gisele was a shimmery sight in a deep-cut metallic gold sequin gown that fanned out behind her while strutting down the stage at Maracana Stadium.

The brunette beauty, who comes from the land of Brazil, walked down the ‘runway’ to The Girl from Ipanema performed on the piano by Daniel Jobim.

Gisele first emerged from the dark as a silhouette framed in the light of the big screen behind her.
The sequins of her gown fairly glistened as the spotlight descended, throwing her figure into shadow across the stage.
