New Mud Facial Bar offers breast milk facials as skin treatment

A new spa in Boulder, Colorado, is utilizing the power of breast milk for facials and skin treatment.

The Mud Facial Bar placed a sign on their display window, notifying consumers about the breast milk facial treatment.

Their Chicago, Illinois, branch has offered the breast milk treatment for quite some time, but only recently added in Boulder.

Elizabeth Stachovic, who is the owner of the store, said that most of the feedback has been positive, but on the Internet, people have been angered by the breast milk treatment.

Stachovic said that the treatment uses real breast milk along with clay and lavender essential oil.

The breast milk treatment can relieve pain, and relieve chronic cystic acne and skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema as well as sunburn and dry skin.

This week, someone broke the window of the store where the ad was placed.

While police have been unable to identify any suspects, Stachovic said that she believes the vandalism was in direct response to the breast milk treatment as people have been very angry on the Internet.
