A father and his son were arrested after a wild underage drinking party was held at their home, according to police in New York.
Lewis County police said that they have arrested 51-year-old Bradley W.
Lyndaker and 20-year-old Tyler J. Lyndaker, after being accused of
holding the party at their home, where Tyler had sex with a 16-year-old
girl.
Tyler has been charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the
welfare of a child while Bradley has been charged with first-degree
unlawfully dealing with a child.
According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Saturday.
A group of teens were allowed to drink alcohol at the home located on
Wagner Road before Tyler had sex with the 16-year-old girl.
Tyler’s father Bradley, was present and allowed the teens to drink alcohol and engage in sexual activity.
