99 days for the thief: Armed robbers terrorizing people in Obukpa community and UNN arrested and paraded naked

Three armed robbers specialized in robbing innocent people in both
Obukpa community and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, were
arrested and paraded naked early this morning.
