A 23-year-old Chinese medical student, Zheng Gang, has died while donating sperm at the Wuhan University clinic in Hubei Province, China.
Reports have it that Gang was donating his sperm the 4th time within the space of 10 days at a private booth in the clinic when he slumped and died with a porn magazine in his hands.
After two hours in the private booth, medics broke down the door and found Gang slumped and unconscious.
Gangs mysterious death happened as far back as 2012, but his family are now in court to fight for almost £500,000 in compensation from the sperm bank, Prest Cruise reports..
The court however ruled that Gang made his choices as an adult and is thus responsible for them.
A judgement at a lower court, awarding the family £19,000 plus £8,000 in funeral costs, initially appealed has now been upheld at the High Court.
