New York Daily reports that the 30-year-old model applied to be separated from her husband on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in a Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Amber, who has a son with Wiz, cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for seeking the divorce.
The model is also seeking for full custody of the couple’s 1-year-old son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz.
The couple started dating in 2011, got engaged in March 2012 and married on July 8, 2013.
