In another development, the Owerri Zone house members have passed a vote of confidence on Gov. Hope Uzodimma.
This was declared by the house member representing Ikeduru State constituency Hon. Uche Ogbuagu at the Owerri Zone reception in honor of Gov. Hope Uzodimma and Wife, Barr. Mrs. Chioma Uzodimma at the heroes square.
Speaking at the event under the aegis of Owerri zone house members, they describe the governor as a pragmatic leader with people oriented projects which is swiftly changing the position of the state in the nation.
The lawmakers appreciated the Governor’s 3R mantra initiative and described it as timely and effective. They added that since the coming onboard of Gov. Hope Uzodimma, Owerri Zone has felt the presence of good governance made manifest in road constructions, fixing of schools, youths and agricultural empowerment, building of hospitals, shopping mall under construction amongst many other infrastructure developments in the state at large and called on Gov. Hope Uzodimma to carry on as he enjoys their support and back up.
The Owerri Zone house members further appreciated the wife of the governor for her philanthropic acts through her office and her vocal voice against gender and every other forms of violence in the state.
