Euro 2024 winners Spain dominated the UEFA Team of the Tournament, with six players, including 17-year-old sensation Lamine Yamal, making the lineup unveiled on Tuesday.

Yamal, a standout forward, is accompanied by fellow Spanish forward Nico Williams. The midfield features an all-Spanish trio of Fabian Ruiz, Dani Olmo, and Rodri, with Marc Cucurella securing the left-back position.

The only English player in the lineup is right-back Kyle Walker, who played a crucial role despite England’s 2-1 loss to Spain in the final. France is represented by centre-back William Saliba and goalkeeper Mike Maignan. Switzerland’s Manuel Akanji also earned a spot in the defense.

Host nation Germany’s sole representative is forward Jamal Musiala, highlighting his impressive performance throughout the tournament.

The UEFA Team of the Tournament was selected by the organization’s Technical Observer panel, recognizing the exceptional talents and contributions of these players during Euro 2024.
