Neymar, who joined Al-Hilal from Paris Saint-Germain, has added his name to the growing list of famous players competing in the Saudi Pro League.
The 31-year-old Brazilian moved to Paris in 2017 from Barcelona, but his future was uncertain earlier this summer, and he was unable to attend PSG’s Ligue 1 debut on Saturday.
The French giants will undoubtedly be relieved to have his hefty salary removed from their payroll because new manager Luis Enrique has no plans for him this season.

Al-Hilal had previously been given permission to speak to Neymar’s former team-mate Kylian Mbappe but the Frenchman now appears set to sign a new deal with PSG.
