According to the statement made by the association, it was stated that they could not receive positive or negative feedback from the Ministry of Health regarding the problems experienced by Thalassaemia patients.

“WE DID NOT RECEIVE A POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE ANSWER FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH”
“We have repeatedly expressed these problems to the Minister of Health and his officials in writing and orally, but we did not receive any positive or negative response,” the statement said, adding that there are 150 patients actively receiving treatment in the country and that the only wish of these patients is to receive quality and peaceful treatment.
