CTP Chairman Tufan Erhürman underlined that the only solution model in Cyprus is a bi-zonal, bi-communal federation based on political equality. Noting that neither the opposition nor the society knew anything about the alleged “national airline company”, Erhürman criticized the employment of 7 people in the Ministry of Tourism after the DP Congress.
President of the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Tufan Erhürman underlined that the only solution model in Cyprus is a bi-zonal, bi-communal federation based on political equality. Emphasizing that the created debris is getting bigger every day.
Tufan Erhürman stated that there is no good work that the said structure can do.
Erhürman said, “The main solution is to leave these friends as soon as possible.” CTP Chairman answering Çiğdem Aydın’s questions on Gündem Kıbrıs Web TV, pointed out that it is not important for this mentality to harm the country.
Erhürman, who criticized the “national airline” discourses, stated that they tried to create an atmosphere of doing an important job.
Pointing out that Cyprus Turkish Airlines is one of the traumas of this country, Erhürman said, “What happens when it becomes a national airline? Who will work here, what will be the profit share? What obligations does the convention impose on the state? What are the powers so that this company does not sink when it starts flying or can fly to where it is needed?” he asked.
Emphasizing that the affairs in question are very complex, Erhürman stated that there is a structure that acts irresponsibly and does not care about the Assembly.
Emphasizing that the illegitimate government is in a state of seriousness, Erhürman stated that an example of total seriousness is exhibited in every issue.

Erhürman said, “They are creating a wreck, this wreckage is getting bigger every day.”
Emphasizing that the said structure is already incapable of managing, Erhürman also called for sincerity. Emphasizing that such a disgrace has never been seen before.
Erhürman said, “The best thing you can do is to put no point on any paper on behalf of this state. Every point you put on is knitting new socks for this country.” Erhürman said, “What needs to be done is to leave as soon as possible” and noted that this is the point that the public should also focus on.
Tufan Erhürman said, “The main solution is to leave these friends as soon as possible. “There is nothing good they can do,” he said. Stating that nearly 9 months have passed since the elections, Erhürman emphasized that the illegitimate government has now completely lost its capacity to govern.
Pointing out that the aforementioned structure did not cause people’s distress, Erhürman reminded that the fuel problem has continued since October 2021.
Erhürman said, “One year has passed, and you do not know what to write in a specification. A company puts 45 dollars to the tender, the same company brings fuel for 75 dollars 3 days ago. Where is 75, where is 45? How are you going to tell this country that it carries fuel for 140 dollars per ton?” he asked.
Erhürman also drew attention to the fact that it is not important for this mentality to harm the country. Noting that the solution path is very clear in this country now, Erhürman said, “The solution path is very clear, these friends must go. The sooner they leave, the better for this country,” he said.
Saying that there are a thousand ‘bites’ in every contract signed, Tufan Erhürman criticized the efforts to reduce the contribution of municipalities from the state.
Emphasizing that the will of the people was also mopped in the period we passed through the constitution, Erhürman stated that everything was done without seriousness.
