The news of his younger colleague, Yul Edochie’s second wife and son has continued to lead discourse topic on the internet.
Many insisted the actor was wrong to have taken a second wife considering he’s from a Christian home and has a father who’s always spoken against the practice of polygamy.
Although others have commended the movie actor for taking the bold step of marrying the mother of his other child as they noted it his decision to practice polygamy was way better than constantly committing adultery.
As social media users continue the debate on polygamy and Yul’s decision to take a second wife, Ugezu known for his controversial stance on issues has weighed in on the matter.
The film maker, in an Instagram post, wondered if all the ladies are against polygamy online, who then are those dating married men offline.
He argued the married men may just be dating spirits considering the ladies reactions online.
“All the ladies in our society condemn polygamy online. Who then are the ladies dating married men offline? SPIRITS, I guess?” the actor asked.
Continuing, Ugezu insisted the rate of pretenders and liars in today’s society were alarming.
“The Nigerian Pharisees and Sadducees are deadlier than the ones in the scriptures. Pretenders and liars everywhere!”
