The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel has signed an agreement for the citing of a fertilizer plant in Akwa Ibom state.
The agreement which is between the OCP Africa, the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority and the Akwa Ibom State Government will birth one of the biggest investments in the fertilizer production industry worldwide.
The signing took place in Morocco.
