Magu Charges Nigerians to Beware of online Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Kaduna Zonal Office on Thursday, May 7, 2020, took its enlightenment campaign to residents of Kaduna State and its environs, charging them to beware of online fraud.

According to the Zonal Head, Mailafia Yakubu who represented the Acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu, during a Live Radio Programme on Kaduna State Media Corporation, KSMC, parents should closely monitor their children especially during the stay-at-home order following the COVID-19 pandemic.

His words; “If not closely monitored, some children will be negatively busy on the internet, which might lead to more harm than good after the lockdown period”.
