Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed has approved the appointment of Alh. Nasiru Yalwa as the State Head of Service.
The appointment follows the compulsory retirement of the Former Head of Service, Umar Gokaru.
The new Head of Service was the Permanent Secretary Special Services, Governor’s Office until his new appointment according to a statement signed by the Governor’s spokesman, Dr Ladan Salihu.

According to the statement, Alh.Nasiru Yalwa replaced the outgoing Head of Service Alh.Adamu Umar Gokaru, who was directed by the Governor to proceed on compulsory retirement in the public interest.
The Governor appreciated the former Head of Service for his invaluable contribution to the state civil service.
