Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Friday commissioned the Liquid Waste Treatment Plant in Port-Harcourt. He was received by the Governor Rivers State, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, accompanied by Gen. Abdusalam Abubakar, the Chairman of African Circle Pollution Management Limited.
