Restaurant manager arrested for forcing 17-year-old boy to clean while lying on his stomach causing him to commit suicide

 A restaurant manager was arrested after being accused of bullying a boy until he committed suicide, according to police in Missouri.

Fayette police said that they have arrested 21-year-old Harley Branham, after being accused of contributing to the death of 17-year-old Kenneth Suttner.

Branham has been charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter. Branham faces up to seven years in prison if she is convicted of the crime.

According to the criminal complaint, Suttner was bullied at school and at work. When Suttner found a job a Dairy Queen, he was harassed by his manager, who was identified as Branham.

Branham allegedly humiliated her employee. Witnesses claims that Branham forced Suttner to lie on his stomach and clean the floor with his bare hands.

Suttner became extremely depressed until he shot and killed himself. A jury ruled that Branham contributed to the teen’s suicide.
