A boy became very depressed after his father moved on with life with a new girlfriend following his mother’s dead, according to police in Russia.
Tabov police said that they have arrested 17-year-old Alexander Kireev, after being accused of killing his sister, father and grandmother.
He is facing multiple murder charges in connection with the deaths of Victor, 43, Victoria, 14, and Vera, 67. According to the police investigation, Alexander’s mother died of cancer three years ago.
Victor moved on and invited his girlfriend to move into the home. Alexander did not get along with his father’s new girlfriend.
One night, when his father, sister and grandmother were sleeping, Alexander grabbed an ax and killed his entire family.
Victor’s girlfriend managed to escape. Investigators believe that Alexander lost control of himself after his father refused to lend him $3,500.
