A young woman in India, gave birth to a deformed baby boy, who was born with extra legs and an extra manhood, according to doctors.
Dr. Virupaksha T of the Dhadeasugure Primary Health Centre (PHC), said that he was present when the 23-year-old mother gave birth to the baby boy, who was born with 4 legs and two manhoods.
The baby, who has not been named, was born to Lalitamma and Chennabasava, 26, on Saturday. The boy is the couple’s second child.
Their first son, who is now 3 years old, was born without any deformities.
Doctors advised the mother to take the baby to the Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS), where surgeons will be able to correct the boy’s deformities.
Initially, the mother resisted, saying that God gave her this perfect gift and she planned to raise him the way he was born, but she later changed her mind.
Lalitamma expressed her hope that her child will one day be normal.
