Police chief resigns after sending photos of nude women using .gov email account

An elderly police chief in Connecticut, announced his resignation after allegedly sending photos of nude women using his government email account, according to a report in the Hartford Courant.

Glastonbury Police Chief David Caron, 62, announced his resignation after being questioned about sending photos of nude women using his .gov email account.

Caron has been with the police for 40 years. The police chief is accused of forwarding at least three emails containing photos of nude women.

One of the emails also contained a remark that appeared to be racist. One photo shows nine naked women standing near the edge of a swimming pool with their hands up in the air.

Another photo shows multiple nude women wearing cowboy hats and boots.
