McDonald’s on Bay Ridge in Brooklyn

Employees at McDonald’s panicked after a drunk U.S. Marshal pointed a loaded gun at a cashier and customers, according to police in New York.

The New York Police Department said that they have arrested 30-year-old Charles Brown of Brooklyn, after being accused of waving his gun in a Bay Ridge McDonald’s.

Brown has been charged with menacing, harassment and violating firearm license regulations. He was released from custody without bail.

A judge ordered him to stay away from the Bay Ridge McDonald’s and from Joanna Diaz, 41, who is a cashier at the fast food restaurant.

According to the criminal complaint, Brown was drunk when he entered the McDonald’s around 1:20 a.m. on Saturday. Brown began shouting at Diaz, because it took her too long to hand over his food.

Brown then pulled out his loaded service gun and pointed it at Diaz. He then turned around and pointed his gun at customers.

Brown took his food and paid before police arrived at the scene.
