A young woman filed a lawsuit against a police department after being denied a job for having breast implants, according to court documents in Germany.

The 32-year-old woman of Gelsenkirchen , who was not identified, applied for a job to become a police officer last year.

Her application was denied because she had breast implants.

The police department claimed that her breast implants are likely to explode during the demanding work as an officer.

The police department made the decision to deny her application after a doctor ruled that a woman with breast implants is not fit enough for the job.

The woman filed a lawsuit against the police department.

The court ruled that the police department cannot deny the woman a job as changes of breast implants exploding on the job are very minimal.
