Something scary is preventing Kendall Jenner from getting a good night’s rest.
In a promo for Sunday’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” the supermodel said she’s been waking up in the middle of the night unable to move her body.
Her momager Kris Jenner is heard in the clip saying she thinks it’s anxiety, but Jenner, 19, thinks it’s something worse.
“Everyone says I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine,” she said in the clip.
It’s unknown what is causing Jenner to wake up, but it sounds a bit like sleep paralysis.
According to WebMD, sleep paralysis is a disorder that causes you to be unable to move or speak when either falling asleep or waking up.
It occurs when the brain sends sleep signals to the body, but you’re awake the whole time.
It can happen once or several times and is triggered by another sleep disorder, narcolepsy, along with stress and changes in sleep habits.
Jenner was hospitalized last December for exhaustion.
“I just got so tired from work and life and everything that it freaked me out at the end of this year,” she said at the time. “I actually had to go to the hospital because I was so exhausted.”
