Two men were jailed after raping a 6-year-old boy together.
William Byers Augusta of Pennsylvania, was 19 years old when he was arrested on charges of raping a child.
Cumberland County Police said that they were tipped of to the crimes by the Canadian Mounted Police.
Officers who went to the home with a warrant, found videos, which showed Augusta raping the same victim 11 different times.
The video showed that they boy endured abuse by the suspect. According to court documents, Augusta repeatedly kicked the boy in the stomach, smacked him in the face, choked him and forced him to perform sex acts on him.
In another video, the boy was naked and tied up with his arms behind his back.
Augusta was also seen raping the boy with the help of 62-year-old Ira Task. Augusta met Task in a chatroom and they agreed to meet at the teen’s home.
There, they made a live broadcast of themselves raping the victim. Task, who is HIV positive, did not wear protection during the rape.
Augusta pleaded guilty at the Cumberland County Court in Carlisle, to eleven counts of rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated assault, possession of child pornography, and criminal conspiracy to commit rape of a child.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
Additional charges related to the production of child pornography will be handled in a pending federal case.
Task was sentenced to up to 40 years in prison.
