Kevin Hart is in talks to play Father Christmas in Disney’s “Dashing Through the Snow,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Will Packer (“Ride Along”) and John Jacobs (“Ted”) will produce the movie about a New York City detective who can’t balance work and his son.
The only solution is some magic from Old Saint Nick.
“Dashing Through the Snow” will take tonal cues from comedies “Liar Liar” and “Elf,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Hart, who was recently seen in “Central Intelligence” with Dwayne Johnson, is currently filming the “Jumanji” sequel.
