A school bus driver who was angry with a boy for not speaking English, poured water on his head, according to a video that was uploaded to the Internet.

Now, school bus driver Mary Black of Jerome, Idaho, was fired after the video of the attack against 13-year-old Miguel Martinez, was uploaded on Facebook.

According to students on the bus, Black got up from the driver’s seat and went to the back of the bus after someone threw a water bottle.

She tried to take away Martinez’s phone, and when the boy resisted, she poured water on his head. Black told the boy that she does understand Spanish, as she lives in the United States, and it is an English speaking country.

Black then instructed the boy to speak to her in English. The father of another student said that this was not the first time that Black got angry at children for speaking Spanish.

Black allegedly told the children that they were not allowed to speak Spanish on her bus. The Northside Bus Company said that Black was fired after seeing the video of the attack.
