People are flocking to a farm to do yoga with goats.
Lainey Morse, who is the owner of No Regrets Farm in Albany, Oregon, said that her friend, who is a yoga teacher, came up with the idea for Goat Yoga.
Morse said that her friend suggested that she should bring her goats to a yoga session. She did and people just loved it. The idea quickly caught on and many people joined the classes.
They now reportedly have a waiting list of 500 people, who want to try the Goat Yoga.
Although the goats can be a bit distracting, Morse said that people love it as the animals help them relax.
The goats roam free as the people participate in the yoga class. People have taken to social media, where they posted photos of themselves doing yoga among the animals.
In one photo, a goat was seen nursing during Goat Yoga.
“Goats are very gentle to humans and very calming. Even when they chew their cud it’s relaxing,” Morse said.
She does advise people not to bring yoga mats with flowers on them as some people had mats with flowers and the goats attempted to eat them.
