A man was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after being accused of performing a sex act on his sleeping friend, according to police in the United Kingdom.

Now, 23-year-old Jordan Jones-Bale of St. Helens, has been sentenced to serve two years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual assault.

A judge suspended the prison sentence as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.

According to the police investigation, Jones-Bale had been drinking in several bars before returning to a friend’s house with two other people.

Around 3:30 a.m., Jones-Bale and the victim, who had been friends for many years, went to sleep on two separate couches in the living room of the home.

During the night, the victim woke up to the feeling of someone performing a sex act on him. The victim was shocked to see his friend performing a sex act on him.

The victim immediately got up from the couch, pulled up his underpants and ran out of the house. He called the police and Jones-Bale was arrested.

The victim, who is heterosexual, told police that he never gave any indication to his friend that he had any sexual interest. DNA on the victim proved that Jones-Bale performed the sex act.

Jones-Bale, who has a girlfriend, admitted that he kisses men for fun, joke and play, but not in a sexual manner.
