A teen in the United Kingdom, said that she refunded a man who bought her a drink at a bar after he asked for his money back.
18-year-old Abby Fenton of Sheffield, was enjoying herself at the Viper Rooms, when Liam offered her a free drink.
Fenton gladly accepted the free vodka and coke, and went on to party with her friends. Liam somehow got her phone number, and sent her a surprising text two weeks later.
Liam asked for a refund of $10 because the free drink did not lead to anything happening between him and Fenton. Fenton said that she immediately gave Liam the $10 because it looked like he really needed it.
Fenton revealed that she accepted the free drink because she thought that it what men do in bars. She didn’t want to start a relationship with Liam, because he was wearing cheap shoes, Fenton said.
Fenton posted her exchange she had with Liam on Twitter, where it went viral.
