A man was arrested on a charge of indecent assault after allegedly beating a boy who was riding a bicycle in the head and sexually assaulting him, according to police in Japan.
Saitama police said that they have arrested 40-year-old Ken Kimura, after being accused of sexually assaulting the boy as he was riding his bicycle home from school.
During questioning, Kimura admitted to sexually assaulting the boy and admitted to abusing multiple children over several years.
According to the police investigation, on Friday, the boy was riding his bicycle home from school when Kimura approached him from behind.
Kimura beat the boy on the head until he passed out from his injuries. He then dragged the boy into his car, where he sexually abused him.
Similar attacks were reported in multiple locations, and Kimura has admitted to being behind them.
