Many gay and lesbian people across the world are laughing at a woman who filed a lawsuit against them in federal court for not being straight.
The woman of Nebraska, filed her lawsuit in U.S. District Court of Omaha, claiming that homosexuality is a sin and that the homosexuals know it is a sin to lead such a lifestyle.
66-year-old Sylvia Ann Driskell of Auburn, declared herself an ambassador for God, and urged the court to restore order to marriage.
The woman proves her case by claiming that homosexuals know that their path in life is wrong because why else would they have been hiding in the closet for so many years.
Driskell also cites the Webster’s dictionary, which defines the word marriage as between a man and a woman.
To the woman’s disappointment, Judge John Gerrard dismissed her lawsuit, saying that federal courts were created cases in regards to the Constitution and the laws of the United States.
Many gays and lesbians responded to the lawsuit with jokes, with some saying that they are quickly liquidating all their assets to hide their cash.
