A family is very angry and distraught after learning that their family member raped a young girl who was left in their care.
Police in Ohio, arrested the man on a charge of sexual assault after he was caught raping a 3-years-old girl inside an abandoned garage.
Police identified the suspect as 34-year-old Charles Sadler.
A woman, who speaks very little English, said that she was driving west in Columbus, when she heard a child screaming.
As a mother of children, she stopped to see what was wrong.
She looked into an abandoned garage from which the screams were coming from, and saw Sadler raping the girl.
Sadler then left the garage, which is located in the 300 block of South Richardson Avenue.
The woman called 911, and followed Sadler for several blocks until the officers responded to the scene and arrested him.
Sadler’s family members knew that he left the home, but they said that they thought he was passed out drunk somewhere.
However, they had no idea that he took the child with him.
Sadler is being held at the Franklin County Jail on $200,000 bond. His family said they will not bail him out of prison as they are disgusted from his crime.
