A woman called police to report that a Pokemon GO character raped her while she was sleeping next to her husband, according to police in Russia.
Moscow police said that the woman woke up in middle of the night after feeling an attack.
The married woman, who was not identified, had been playing Pokemon GO before she fell asleep.
When she looked around the bedroom, she saw a large Pokemon lying on top of her body, but it disappeared when she jumped out of bed.
She grabbed her phone on which she was still able to see the Pokemon on her bed. The woman woke up her husband, and he told her to see a psychiatrist.
She called the police to report the rape. Police officers responded to the scene and took a report. The officers advised her to book an appointment with a psychiatrist.
The woman told her friend that there are too many Pokemon in her home, and even the dog can feel them as it barks every time she plays Pokemon Go.
When her friend laughed, the woman booked an appointment with a psychiatrist.
