The world’s hottest triplets, who live in Dublin, Ireland, revealed their secret to staying in shape and looking identical to one another.
29-year-old Laura, Nicola, and Alison Crimmins, who all work as models, revealed that they eat the same food all the time in order to have the same exact body shape and form.
They also exercise together and get the same beauty treatments. During their cheating days, they all go out to eat at Domino’s Pizza and order the same junk food.
All three sisters are 5 feet and 11 inches tall, and their waist measures 28 inches. The sisters like to do everything together, and even when they are apart, they stay connected via their own WhatsApp group.
The three pretty much stick to the same routine every day.
They go running together in the morning, and then have hot grains for breakfast. For lunch, they all eat at the same cafe and order a salad.
For dinner, they have grilled chicken with a baked potato. The sisters said that they enjoy being together so much that they work together as models.
Their gigs are usually photo shoots or TV ads.
