Man fatally shoots driver because strong car headlights made him angry

A man was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing a driver because the headlights of his car were too strong and that made him angry, according to police in Florida.

Pompano Beach police said that they have arrested 28-year-old Clarck Paul, after being accused of fatally shooting 25-year-old Carlos Javier Francisco Senluis.

Paul then went to kill another man who was a witness to a murder of which he was a suspect. Paul was charged with two counts of murder.

He was booked into the Broward Main Jail, where he is being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, Paul decided to kill 22-year-old Lamont Smalls, because he agreed to be a witness in a murder investigation in which Paul is a suspect.

While driving to Smalls’ house, Senluis drove in the opposite direction of Paul. The headlights of Senluis’ car temporarily blinded Paul, causing him to get extremely angry.
