Johnny Depp has a strong defense prepared against estranged wife Amber Heard, TMZ reports.
The 53-year-old “Pirates of the Caribbean” star will have nearly a dozen witnesses and a secret piece of photo evidence prepared for the September trial, according to the gossip site.
On the roster are, two of the responding officers to Heard’s May 21 911 call, who will testify they saw no evidence of injury or damage, five concierges, who claim they saw no bruises to the actress’ face between May 21 and May 27 and two security guards who were at the couple’s loft on the 21st.
The pair’s housekeeper, as well as Heard’s publicist will also serve as witnesses.
A mysterious photo is also set to be presented during the time of the hearing, but will not be released prior due to “privacy reasons,” according to TMZ.
Heard, 30, filed for divorce from Depp in May, just days before she publicly claimed he physically and mentally abused her.
On Saturday, the “Danish Girl” star was more than an hour late to her deposition, but never got to speak as the lawyers were busy going back and forth.
Depp’s deposition is scheduled for Wednesday and it is unclear if he still plans to show up.
