Police in Ohio, responded to a call of two drunk men in public on Friday.
Witnesses at the Giant Eagle Plaza in Warren, said that one of the men were acting very strangely and both were removing their clothes.
Officers found 32-year-old Timothy Cook, sweating profusely and acting like a gorilla.
Before police arrived, Cook allegedly entered the License Bureau and waved his arms around. He then exited the business and began pleasuring himself on the sidewalk.
Once he left, the License Bureau locked their doors due to safety concerns.
According to police, when officers arrived, Cook was down on all fours, growling, punching concrete and jumping up and down, screaming incoherently.
Cook was detained and an ambulance was called to transport him to Trumbull Memorial Hospital before he was arrested.
Cook and his friend, Osmond LeMasters, 24, were charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
