University student kills 13-year-old girl after having sex with her before discovering she was underage

A young girl was killed after she snuck out of her parents’ home to have sex with a university student.

13-year-old Nicole Lovell went missing from her home in Virginia, sparking a massive search for her.

Her neighbors told police that the girl said that she was planning to
sneak out of her parents’ home to meet her 18-year-old boyfriend named
David.

Authorities said Lovell met David Eisenhauer, who is actually 19, online, and they exchanged messages via the texting app Kik.

Prosecutors said that messages on the girl’s phone led to the suspect.
Eisenhauer’s friend told police that he panicked after he had sex with
the Lovell and then learned that she was only 13 years old.

In a text message, Eisenhauer asked the friend where he can hide Lovell’s body, according to the prosecutor.

Eisenhauer was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder, abduction and hiding the body of Lovell.

His accomplice, Natalie Keepers, 19, was charged with being an accessory
to kidnapping and murder, and with helping hide the body.
