Police officer rapes women and college students while on duty

A police officer was arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly raping
numerous women while he was on duty, according to police in California.

San Mateo police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Noah
Winchester, after being accused of raping college students while working
for the Los Rios Community College.

Winchester was charged with 22 counts of kidnapping and rape.

He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $3.1 million.

According to the police investigation, Winchester raped two women while
on duty as a campus police officer and three women while in uniform with
the San Mateo police.

Police fear that there might be more than 5 victims, and asked women to come forward and file complaints against Winchester.
